MPS, GLOBALG.A.P. & GRASP certification

At Green Bubble, we believe plants should not only make spaces greener but also be grown in a sustainable and responsible way. That’s why our plants come from our own certified nursery, where we operate according to the standards of MPS, GLOBALG.A.P., and GRASP.

These international certifications demonstrate that our plants are grown sustainably, safely, and responsibly, with respect for both the environment and the people involved in production.

What does MPS certification mean?

MPS (Milieu Programma Sierteelt) is an internationally recognized certification system for the horticulture industry. It helps growers monitor and improve the sustainability of their cultivation processes.

To obtain MPS certification, growers track their usage of:

  • energy

  • water

  • fertilizers

  • crop protection products

  • waste streams

These figures are regularly verified by an independent organization, which then assigns a sustainability rating.

The MPS certification shows that plants are produced with a reduced environmental impact.

 

GLOBALG.A.P. certification

Our nursery is also GLOBALG.A.P. certified. GLOBALG.A.P. is a globally recognized standard for Good Agricultural Practices.

This certification focuses on:

With GLOBALG.A.P. certification, our cultivation processes meet strict international quality standards.

 

GRASP certification: social responsibility

Sustainability also includes fair working conditions. That’s why our nursery is also GRASP certified (GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice).
